VISA
Salut tout le monde!!
Yeah I know, it's been more than a month that I don't post something new here, but I was waiting until I could finally say: I HAVE GOT MY FRENCH VISA!
At first I had some problems because I had to receive some documents from AFS to make it in the consulate, but I had some problems with my hostschool so I had to postpone my interview, which made me very nervous, but everything went right and I received it on time :D
Ouias, that's it! My interview in the consulate was scheduled for July 25th, so I went to Rio de Janeiro 1 day before, to make sure that I would arrive there on time and of course, to enjoy that beautiful city!
My mother and I spent the day with Helena's family (a friend of mine who's also going to France) and they provided us a giant tour throughout the city and I got to tell you all, Rio de Janeiro is really awesome, I've never seen so many foreign tourists :0

I got so happy when the docs arrived *-*

Cristo
After this wonderful day, I went back to the hotel to sleep and prepare myself to the visa appointment.
The day after, I went to the consulate and everything went right, they have accepted me but I still need to receive my passport with the visa, hopefully it will arrive on time :)
So, that's it I guess :D

Poem
Just a little text that I've found one of these last days...
""How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard .
Goodbyes are not forever.
Goodbyes are not the end.
They simply mean I'll miss you
Until we meet again!"

ORCA I (Regional Orientation for Hopees)
Last weekend (July 2nd and 3rd) I had my Regional Orientation (for the states of Espírito Santo and Rio de Janeiro).
I left my city with many other hopees (future exchange students) on Friday. The bus-trip was longer than I thought, it lasted more then 9 hours. After all this time, we arrived in Rio das Ostras - RJ.
Not much time after, the other bus with the RJ hopees arrived.
To make a long story short, the weekend was AWESOME! It passed so damn fast...
We had manyyy orientations (what to do in X situation, bagages, etc). It was very helpful, but also very exhausting...
This was an AFS's classic joke, we had to write the name of a famous person, and give it to the person in the left, than, the person would put it on its forehead (without reading the paper, of course) and would have to ask people to try to show him/her what's written, without saying a word!
The hotel was also very good. It had an awesome breakfast! The lunch was also good, but we couldn't choose what we could eat (very awkward o0, a lot of food was wasted, unfortunately :(, at least I'm the kind of person who eats everything.
Writting this post kind of makes me miss this weekend... Meet all those kind of people, people going everywhere (EUA, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Denmark, Switzerland, many others). AFS really connects people, it always amazes me!
When we were about to say goodbye, and get into our bus on our way back home
Well, the next post (I wish) will be about my acquistion of the French VISA :)

VISA booked!
Hello beautiful people!
I've finally marked my interview for my French Visa in the consulate! It will be in July 2nd.

Although I still need to receive some documentos from AFS France, and this 'dependence' kind of worries me, but I still have the whole month of June to receive those papers, so cool down Eliud!!!
I must admit that this 'visa' chapter from my life scares the hell out of me, idk why T.T
Anyway, I'll let you know what happens next x)
